Under the guidance of a local chef, learn the secrets of traditional recipes before sitting down to enjoy your own creations for lunch.

In the afternoon, wander through the lantern-lit Old Town and visit landmarks such as Phung Hung Ancient House, the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, and the ornate Fujian Assembly Hall. You may also wish to commission a tailored outfit—one of Hoi An’s renowned crafts. Upon arrival at the Cu Chi Tunnels, you’ll start with a short documentary introducing the history of this extraordinary underground network.
