This 6-day journey blends the sea with the mountains, the vibrant pace of the city with the stillness of the countryside, and the energy of modern life with the depth of cultural heritage. You’ll explore the heart of Hanoi, sail through the breathtaking seascapes of UNESCO-listed Halong Bay, and immerse yourself in the traditions of ethnic communities in Lao Cai. With Hello Vietnam, every day is designed to awaken your senses and connect you to the spirit of the north.
Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your private driver and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Hanoi. If you arrive before 2:00 PM (the standard check-in time), simply leave your luggage at the reception, take a short rest, and get ready for your first taste of the capital. Your journey begins at Ba Dinh Square, the historic site where President Ho Chi Minh declared Vietnam’s independence on 2 September 1945. From here, admire the solemn marble façade of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where people from across the nation come to honor his legacy. Continue to the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070 and celebrated as Vietnam’s first university, a place that once welcomed only princes and the sons of mandarins. Conclude the afternoon with a gentle stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and a visit to Ngoc Son Temple, crossing the iconic scarlet Thê Húc Bridge while hearing the legend that gave the lake its name. As the sun dips lower, let yourself wander through the surrounding streets, soaking in the city’s lively rhythm and savoring its first impressions at your own pace.

After a short rest, you’ll visit an impressive cave and have time for swimming at a peaceful beach in the afternoon.
