Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital with over a thousand years of history. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, your driver will transfer you to your hotel in the city center for check-in. Begin your exploration with a visit to Hoa Lo Prison, a place that witnessed both colonial oppression and the resilience of Vietnamese revolutionaries. Later, during the war years, it also became known as the detention site for captured U.S. pilots. Continue with a leisurely cyclo ride through the bustling Old Quarter, where narrow streets still echo the city’s past. In the evening, enjoy a performance at the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, a traditional art form born from the rice paddies of the Red River Delta nearly a thousand years ago. The rest of the evening is yours to relax.
