After breakfast, begin your full-day exploration of Angkor’s most iconic temples. Enter the walled city of Angkor Thom, the 12th-century royal capital, and pass through its grand South Gate adorned with massive stone figures. Marvel at the mysterious faces of the Bayon Temple, visit Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, and walk along the Elephant Terrace and Terrace of the Leper King.
Continue to Ta Prohm, a hauntingly beautiful temple left partially embraced by giant tree roots, creating one of the most evocative sights in the complex.
In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument and a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Its five lotus-like towers rise majestically above the landscape — a true symbol of Cambodia. Time permitting, explore the local Old Market for souvenirs and crafts before returning to your hotel.
