Upon arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will warmly welcome you and arrange a smooth transfer to your hotel. Settle in and enjoy your first taste of our vibrant capital. If time allows, you might want to explore the surrounding Old Quarter or simply relax at your hotel.

After breakfast, at about 8:30am, you’ll embark on a full-day discovery of the capital’s cultural treasures starting at Ho Chi Minh Complex, including Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh proclaimed Vietnam’s independence on Sep 2, 1945. A short walk brings you to the elegant French-colonial Presidential Palace and the simple stilt house where “Uncle Ho” lived and worked, before visiting the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, a symbol of Vietnamese spirituality. Continue to the Temple of Literature - Vietnam’s first national university, founded in 1070, embodies the nation’s deep respect for education and Confucian traditions. Its ancient courtyards, stone steles, and classic architecture create a serene atmosphere that evokes a sense of reverence and scholarly appreciation. You’ll have time for lunch on your own arrangement. After that, at around 1:30pm, we’ll visit the Museum of Ethnology. Later, enjoy a traditional cyclo ride around the charming Old Quarter before watching a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show at 18:30, lasting about 50 minutes. The remaining time is at your leisure.

This morning you’ll set off for Ninh Binh, a destination famed for its stunning scenery and historical depth. You will first uncover Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, a place that still preserves sacred temples and cultural relics from the 10th century, narrating the glorious reigns of King Dinh and King Le. After that, you’ll have time for lunch (your own arrangement) In the afternoon, take a peaceful sampan boat ride along the Ngo Dong River in Tam Coc, drifting past golden rice paddies and beneath towering cliffs. As the day winds down, sit back and relax on the drive back to Hanoi.

Today, you’ll leave the city behind and head to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking seascape of limestone karsts, emerald waters and thousands of scattered islands. After a comfortable drive, board your boat and enjoy a welcome drink as you settle in and get ready for your overnight cruise. Lunch is served as the boat begins to glide through the bay’s beautiful limestone islands—an ever-changing view that’s perfect for kicking back and soaking it all in. In the afternoon, you’ll visit a cave and have time for a swim if the weather’s right. Then, return to the boat for a relaxing break, or join a casual cooking session where you’ll try your hand at making a Vietnamese dish. Happy hour is a great chance to grab a drink and catch the sunset from the deck. Dinner is served onboard, followed by optional evening fun—maybe a drink at the bar, a bit of squid fishing, or simply enjoying the peaceful night on the water.

Start your morning with an optional Tai Chi session on the sundeck from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM—a serene way to awaken your body and mind against the stunning backdrop of Ha Long Bay. After breakfast, enjoy a kayaking excursion through the bay’s Natural Preservation Area, with the opportunity to observe local oyster farms and the pristine surroundings. Return to the cruise to check out and enjoy a relaxing brunch on board at around 10:00 AM, as the boat cruises back toward the pier. Upon disembarkation, your Hạ Long Bay adventure concludes. You will then travel back to Hanoi by shuttle. En route, enjoy a visit to Lotte World Aquarium, where you’ll discover a wide array of marine life in one of Vietnam’s most impressive aquatic centers—a perfect way to round out the day before arriving in Hanoi.

Following your morning meal, you’ll start your journey out of Hanoi to explore Chuong Village, known for its long-standing tradition of crafting conical hats or Nón Lá. As you wander through the village, you’ll see local artisans carefully shaping and stitching these iconic items, offering insight into a craft deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture. Next, you’ll visit Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, renowned for its vibrant, photogenic scenes and centuries-old incense-making tradition. You’ll witness bundles of incense sticks in vivid colors, freshly dyed and artfully arranged under the sun to dry—an eye-catching spectacle that’s become a favorite for photographers. During your visit, you’ll also learn about the spiritual and cultural significance of incense in Vietnamese daily life and religious rituals. Afterwards, return to Hanoi and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
