To support our growth in the inbound travel market, we are looking for passionate candidates to join our team in Hanoi.
Location: Hanoi
Working time: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
SALES EXECUTIVE (Inbound Travel)
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with international travel partners and clients to design and sell customized travel experiences in Vietnam. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Consult and understand client travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Design customized travel itineraries and propose suitable tour programs.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage client communications via email, phone, and online platforms.
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities for tour packages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
Experience in travel consulting, tour sales, or related roles is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi, French, etc. are a plus).
Passion for travel and cross-cultural communication.
OPERATION EXECUTIVE (Tour Operations)
Role Overview
The Operation Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating tour services to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize travel itineraries for inbound tourists.
Manage tour pricing and prepare quotations based on client inquiries.
Coordinate with suppliers including hotels, transportation, restaurants, and attractions.
Negotiate with service providers to ensure quality services and competitive pricing.
Work closely with sales team to finalize tour programs and bookings.
Monitor tour schedules and resolve operational issues during trips.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.
Research destinations, weather conditions, and cultural factors to enhance client experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in tour operations or travel services.
Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with luxury, corporate, or adventure travel is an advantage.
