At Hello Vietnam, we aim to provide a seamless and memorable travel experience. Please review our booking policies to ensure clarity and confidence in your journey with us.

  1. Validity
    All prices, services, and itineraries are confirmed at the time of booking. Should there be any necessary changes due to government regulations, fuel surcharges, or supplier adjustments, we will notify you promptly and work with you to accommodate these changes.

     

  2. Payment & Credit
    Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Any transaction fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

     

  3. Deposit & Balance Payment
    For direct clients:
    A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required upon confirmation to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, making your check-in and start of the tour hassle-free.
     
    For travel agents:
    A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required upon confirmation to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled 7–14 days prior to the arrival date.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    • 45 days or more prior to the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded after deducting any cancellation charges imposed by service providers (such as airlines, cruise operators, railway companies, and hotels), in accordance with their respective cancellation policies, if applicable.
    • From 30 days to 44 days prior to the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour cost will be applied.
    • From 15 days to 29 days prior to the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be applied.
    • From 7 days to 14 days prior to the arrival date: a cancellation fee of 80% of the total tour cost will be applied.
    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date or no show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  1. Itinerary Changes
    While we strive to operate the tour as planned, unforeseen circumstances like weather, operational challenges, or local conditions may require adjustments. We will inform you promptly of any changes and provide suitable alternatives to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

     

  2. Refunds
    Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in USD through the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on banking procedures. Non-refundable services, such as flights or special events, may affect the final refund amount.
